Found the sign-up process easy and loved how detailed the FAQ section was. They really explain things in plain language. Haven?t had to use the protection yet but it?s nice to know it?s there. Hopefully never need it, but glad I have it.

Really Solid Service

Claim Denied for No Clear Reason

I filed a claim for my smartwatch after it stopped working. It had been added properly to my account and was under active coverage. After days of waiting, they denied it, saying something about "insufficient evidence of damage." I provided everything they asked for. Honestly, I don?t think they even reviewed it properly. Cancelled the plan right after.
