Disappointing Experience with FlexPro Meals
I was really excited to try FlexPro Meals after hearing a lot of positive feedback. However, my experience has been far from great. The meals I received were not as fresh as I had hoped, and a few were even slightly off in terms of taste. One of my orders arrived two days late, which was a real pain since I had planned my week around the meals. The customer service, when reached out to, was slow and unhelpful. They did eventually refund part of my order, but that still left me with a less-than-ideal experience. There is also limited variety in the meals, especially for those with specific dietary restrictions. I expected more for the price. Overall, I don't think FlexPro Meals lives up to its promises, and I won't be continuing with the service.

Some meals arrive cold, while others are overly processed in taste. There are a number of meals that are just really bland and do not match up to their website descriptions. One of my orders also had several items missing, and this took quite a while to have the complaint responded to through customer service. They did provide a credit, but at that point, I was so frustrated with everything. The portions of some meals were also much smaller than expected for the price. Overall, the service might be good, but it still needs to get rid of major kinks if I were to recommend them.

Extremely Disappointing and Poor Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with FlexPro Meals, and I truly feel like I've wasted my money. The meals that I got were well below what I expected. Several meals arrived with items missing, and one of the meals was completely spoiled-smelly and inedible. When I reached out to customer service, they took days to respond and didn't seem to care about the issues I was facing. After finally getting in touch with a representative, they offered a replacement but never followed through. If that wasn't enough, the portions are way smaller than what was advertised. I felt like I was getting half the value for the price I paid. I had high hopes for this service, but it has been nothing but headaches from start to finish. Given how much they charge to deliver stuff, the quality and customer service should be a lot better. Unfortunately, I will never use this service again.
