I ordered with Farmer Brown. It took ages to get, and when I called customer service, they never gave me anything useful. So, the product was okay, but the experience was not pleasant because of how long it took. I thought it would take less time for delivery.

Very Disappointing Service

Frustrating Checkout Process

Terrible Experience Throughout
I was excited to shop from Farmer Brown. The experience is definitely not pleasurable. Their website is pretty confusing, and there is not a clear order summary. So when my product did arrive, it was terribly packed, with portions of the order damaged. I contacted customer support, but their response was slow and unhelpful. They offered no solution that satisfied me, and I ended up returning the item, which was an even bigger hassle. Overall, I feel that Farmer Brown lacks attention to customer satisfaction and quality control. It's not a store I would recommend.

Bad Quality and Service
I would have read the reviews before buying from Farmer Brown if I'd have known. My purchase took over two weeks to arrive; when it did, it was such a disappointment. This product was of terrible quality, not at all what I'd seen on their website, by the way. I emailed customer service asking for a refund, though it took them days to respond. When they finally responded, the solution they came up with didn't help at all. In reality, the charge dispute will have to be made by me and my bank. As things stand, Farmer Brown does not care for customer satisfaction or quality, so I am not going back there.
