Fast, Friendly, and Flawless
My experience with Diamond Hands Moving couldn?t have gone better. They showed up ready to work, brought the right supplies, and stayed organized throughout the day. Not only were they fast, but also very friendly and careful with every box. I had a few fragile antiques that arrived completely intact. Communication with the office was smooth as well. They sent updates and confirmed everything ahead of time. This kind of thoughtful service is hard to find in the moving industry.

Misleading pricing, lost items
The initial quote seemed reasonable, but they doubled the cost after loading the truck. Several boxes were missing on delivery, and they shrugged it off like it wasn?t their problem. When I followed up, they claimed they couldn?t locate anything. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Smooth Move with Good Coordination

Good Experience Overall

Reliable, courteous, and efficient

Broken furniture, missing TV
My couch arrived with broken legs, and a flat screen TV I had carefully packed was nowhere to be found. The crew was careless and seemed in a rush to finish. I filed a complaint, but no one followed up. This company is not trustworthy.

Damage and over-charges
After pickup, the total cost nearly doubled. Several boxes arrived crushed, and one of my chairs was damaged beyond repair. The movers rushed through everything and didn?t place items in the rooms I asked. I filed a claim, but months later, there?s still no resolution. Terrible experience and completely unaccountable.

Long delays and poor service

Held my stuff for ransom
After pickup, they said I had to pay an additional fee to ?release? my items. It was never mentioned in the original agreement. Felt like they were holding my things hostage. I had no choice but to pay just to get my belongings back.

Exceptional Service Throughout

Pleasant Surprise from Start to End
I hadn?t heard of Diamond Hands before, but after seeing positive reviews, I gave them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. Best Movers I've Used in NYC

Professional and efficient team
