Labels Don?t Work on Textured Bottles
Attempted to use the labels on some specialty wine bottles, but they would not adhere because of the slight texture. Nowhere was it stated that they are only compatible with smooth glass. This restriction makes them much less versatile than anticipated. More explicit information about compatibility would prevent this type of problem.

Coaster Order Missed the Mark
Used Crushtag to make personalized coasters for a family reunion and was blown away by the variety of templates to choose from. They were a breeze to design, and it seemed like the ideal option for a special occasion. But the final product that arrived weren't properly centered. The focal image was off on nearly all the coasters by a distinct amount, and the colors seemed more watered down than hoped for. We couldn't redo the order by the time we realized, so we had to use them as they were, and it was disappointing. Some fraying along the edges of the coasters also hinted that the materials are not as sturdy as claimed. Contacting customer support didn't provide much other than a partial refund. Though the website presents the image of an upscale service, the outcome wasn't the same. Unless accuracy and quality control are upgraded, it is hard to endorse Crushtag even for informal gatherings.

Misaligned Text on Labels
The bottle labels came with the text off-center, although our preview reflected everything as centered. It was sloppy and we could not use them. Customer service attributed it to format problems, but we used their own editor. Frustrating result that could have been avoided with a simple quality check prior to printing. Delivery Took Too Long With No Updates
Placed with the lead time recommended on the website, anticipating that materials would arrive well ahead of an anniversary function. Sadly, there was a delay in shipment without notice. Only after several follow-ups did they provide an ambiguous status report. When the box arrived, the items were functional but not perfect. The tasting mats had very light markings that resembled print roller residue, and some coasters had curled edges. Presentation counts in hospitality, and the absence of clean finishing was apparent. What actually made the experience maddening was how little transparency existed during the delivery process. The interface makes it easy and contemporary to order, but the back-end logistics weren't up to that experience. Dependable communication needs to be a central element of any company sending customized products. Without it, the service simply isn't reliable, particularly with time-sensitive orders. Could be excellent with more efficient fulfillment operations and better customer support.

Poor Adhesion on Textured Paper
Ordered custom stickers for labeling wine boxes and they didn't adhere well to kraft paper. This wasn't mentioned in any warnings or material recommendations. The glue just wasn't good enough. Would've liked better clearness when it comes to compatible surfaces. Looks don't matter if the functionality doesn't last so long.

Quality Doesn't Match the Online Presentation
Crushtag's website and product samples created the impression of an upscale printing operation. The editor is smooth, the templates are pretty, and the customization options are easy to use. The actual product, though, was a different story. We ordered bottle tags and tasting mats for a winery launch event, and the tags came with unevenly aligned holes that caused them to hang crookedly. A few of them were punched too near the edge and shredded upon setup. The tasting mats also had problematically inconsistent color output?there were pages of deeper color, others that were washed out. Although the idea of completely branded, custom components is nice, execution is every bit as important. Customer service responded promptly but their fix?discount on next purchase?addressed not at all the specific problem. Where presentation is all, minor defects have significant effects. Crushtag has a wonderful idea, but its print quality and finish are still far from being reliable.

Unclear Shipping Timelines Caused Issues
Crushtag shopping initially was an entertaining, innovative experience. The process of using templates and uploading design was easy to navigate and a seamless process. The experience quickly clouded itself after the purchase, though. No definitive delivery time was promised when to deliver, and few, if any, shipping confirmations were forthcoming. A full week went by, and finally, the shipment was sent out but arrived later than the requisite date. That lack of transparency derailed the whole plan for a client event. The products themselves were mediocre?functional but not as refined as expected. Paper quality was decent, but not outstanding. Communication truly does need an upgrade, particularly if deadlines are part of why someone is making an order. There needs to be improved tracking and real-time notifications, or at least a correct timeline at checkout. While the platform has potential, it?s difficult to trust it for anything time-sensitive. Would hesitate before using again.

Packaging Was Not Protective Enough
Having taken so much time designing the wine labels and coasters, the damaged shipment was a huge disappointment. The outside box seemed thin upon arrival, and the inside did not fare any better. Several of the pieces were scratched, with bent corners or folded edges. These were not individual cases?it was apparent the pieces had traveled back and forth during shipping. Worst of all, reaching out to customer service netted nothing more than a copy-paste response regarding shipping procedures. For items intended to polish presentation, showing up dented or in disrepair defeats the entire mission. It's disappointing because the designs themselves appeared as though they might have been excellent. Better care regarding shipping materials, padding, and instructions could be a huge turnaround. As it stands, it doesn't seem like packaging is a concern. Anyone ordering for a special event or business use might want to think twice unless this area is improved drastically.

Ordered wine bottle hangtags. They were good-looking at first, but the paper was too thin and prone to tearing when putting them on. Half of them had to be replaced with something more durable at the last minute. There needs to be better paper available or at least a warning on how fragile they are. Disappointing Customization Process
I recently had custom wine labels ordered from CrushTag and was left thoroughly dismayed with the whole experience. The design process was not much of an option, and the design tool wasn't quite cooperating. I couldn't upload my logo, and after trying many times, the final product ended up nothing like I had dreamed. The actual labels were also not of a very high quality. The ink was smudged on some of the pages, and the colors weren't as bright as I had expected them to be. To add insult to injury, the customer service was unresponsive, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating. I absolutely will not be using their services again.

Lack of Proofing Leads to Costly Errors
The web editor was seamless, and it was easy to upload our winery logo, so everyone was looking forward to the finished tasting mats and hangtags. What arrived did not live up to expectations. A minor typo that could be seen in the preview was never corrected, and no proofing step or approval process was provided prior to printing. That lapse resulted in our receiving 100+ pieces with a glaring mistake. This error could have been prevented with an easy email validation, but Crushtag lacks this protection. This is a big weakness for businesses that depend on attention to detail. Otherwise, the paper stock quality and print resolution were excellent, but omitting final checking really undermined our faith in ordering from them again. Support was polite, but without active systems to catch errors, it's difficult to view this as anything other than a casual-use tool. Professionals should be cautious.

Color Fading Quickly
Within a day or two under sunlight, our colors on the tags and coasters began to fade. We were surprised as we thought they'd last longer outdoors. They should definitely label light exposure limits if that is a known condition. Nice design, but not durable enough, particularly for outdoor use or displays.

Could Be Better with Customer Support
I struggled to contact customer support when I made an error on my personalized wine labels. Although I tried several times to contact them through email and their contact form, I did not get a response for a few days. When I eventually contacted them, the help that I received was not as helpful as I would have liked. While the product itself was of good quality, the customer service process frustrated me. The labels took longer to arrive than I had hoped, which wasn't great for the event that I had planned. I would not reorder from CrushTag based on this experience, and I hope they have better customer service response times in the future.

Usability Is High, But Consistency Lacking
Working with Crushtag's tools to design custom wine tags was a good experience, and the preview feature made visualization of the final product easy. However, the actual products received showed color shifts prominent in them and the logo experiencing a blur, which had not been evident in the computer preview. Considering that the order was quite large, this type of defect mattered greatly. It was particularly aggravating because a proof review choice wasn't evidently provided on checkout. A print verification step of some kind could have prevented the problem. Packaging was subpar too?no protective sleeve, which resulted in some scratches on the tags when shipped. The support staff replied, but the fix didn't adequately address the issues or provide a significant solution. Overall, there's much to admire in how easy to use the platform is, but it's not sufficient if the end product is not precise. An investment in quality assurance is truly necessary.

Hangtags arrived creased and crumpled on the edges, perhaps because of improper packaging. Couldn't utilize them as intended for gift baskets. The designs were adorable, but the state in which they arrived made them useless. Such a product requires proper protection during transit. Labels Didn't Stick Properly

Printing Quality Could Use Work
The templates and customization features provided by Crushtag stand out, and it's no secret how easy the personalization of each product is. The problem lies in the execution. Once printed, many of the designs looked washed out. Font quality was compromised on some of the smaller-sized text, which wasn't evident during the preview stage. The labels lacked the professional finish that was expected, especially after investing a good amount of time in design. Customer service acknowledged the issue but didn?t offer a replacement or solution, just a generic apology. These labels were for a launch event, and unfortunately, they didn?t contribute positively. It seems like what?s shown in previews doesn?t always translate to what?s delivered. Improved calibration between the online editor and the ultimate print process would assist. Unless there is greater harmony between the design tool and real output, it is hard to justify repeating the order, no matter how good the platform looks.

For presentation and branding reasons, these types of problems truly matter. The company's offer to give a discount did not address the fundamental issue: the print outcomes did not live up to the digital expectations. For a presentation-oriented product like this one, the packaging must mirror that. Not a premium experience by any means. Custom Tags Didn?t Match Brand Colors
After uploading our brand's hex codes and double-checking the appearance through preview, the final tags turned out several shades wrong. The blue was more toward purple, and the logo appeared lighter than hoped. These types of color adjustments entirely negate the purpose of branding tools, which is consistency throughout client-facing materials. The platform did not provide any form of pre-print proof or CMYK-RGB conversion advice, which would have been able to alert the problem prior to printing. These labels were meant for a product display, and we had to resort to using plain stock instead. Customer service replied politely but with minimal content, providing a discount on a subsequent order rather than fixing the problem. The design software is promising and well-developed, but the printing process and color setup require refinement. Without enhancements in these areas, applying Crushtag to brand-critical designs is too big a gamble.

If the finished product does not mirror the design process, the service becomes worthless. Until both quality control and customer communication better, this is a site that has untapped potential. There's no question Crushtag has created a sophisticated design system for creating custom wine materials. Our bottle label design was a seamless process, and the visual previews were confidence-inspiring. Sadly, the actual labels that came in were misprinted, with things shifted down by a hair and the text not being completely centered. This wasn't an insignificant issue?it made each bottle look wrong. Also, the cut edges on some labels were jagged, like the cutting blade was dull. Contacting customer support resulted in a courteous exchange, but there was no reprint option, only partial credit toward a future order. In an area where presentation either builds or kills brand perception, these mistakes aren't tolerable. The platform can be good for one-time or occasional use, but for commercial requirements or big events, quality control should be reliable. Crushtag possesses the tools but not yet production consistency to support them.

The Crushtag design software is truly spectacular. Making and ordering custom tags and coasters was easy and enjoyable. Trouble started after checking out. Order was not delivered for a period of days and no one openly informed us on what was the status. No tracking information materialized until the end, though, and when it did the package took excessively long to appear. The ineptness displayed by the customer support team between these times simply made matters more difficult. When the products eventually arrived, they were okay, although a few of the colors didn't quite pop as much as on-screen. Would have loved this service if logistics and support had anything close to the front-end experience. The gap between design platform and fulfillment system is obvious. If deadlines are important, it's difficult to be assured of ordering again. Reliability is more than having a good-looking website and tools. Customer care and order tracking improvements would be a big boost for the customers.

Shipping lasted a week longer than quoted, and no notification was provided until we sent an email to support. Missed our initial deadline for a wine-tasting evening. The coasters and tags looked cheap and fragile, far from what you'd expect. Images and graphics were crisp but materials were no match. Print Finish and Packaging Fell Short
The range of templates and the ability to customise using Crushtag initially made me feel secure in the order, particularly for a small winery's open house. The design was easy to put together, and all was perfect in the preview. The product turned out to have a matte finish rather than the gloss chosen, and some tags had smudged edges. Moreover, the packaging was not well protected with proper wrapping, and the contents moved during shipping, causing visible creases and small damage. For an order intended to impress prospective clients, such shortcomings were frustrating. The company support recognized the fault but failed to provide for reprinting or correction of the order. A future discount does not assist when the current demand was not met. Crushtag has wonderful tools, but until they can tighten up production and quality control, it's difficult to recommend for events or business applications where appearance is an issue. Packaging standards and reliability must see serious attention in the future.

Expected Better Color Accuracy and Alignment
Tailoring the coasters was an effortless experience, and the preview represented what we imagined for our compact vineyard's promotional day. But after receiving the shipment, the color appeared to be very different from the intended hue?it was meant to be deep burgundy, yet it ended up being a rather maroon appearance, and a few coasters had an ill-aligned setup. These could easily be taken as minor imperfections, yet when attempting to construct a professional level of presence, they make all the difference. It's disappointing that there was no choice to ask for a proof or printed sample before proceeding with the complete order into production. Customer support was helpful but only offered an unsatisfactory solution, a future discount, not a resolution to the problem. The site itself is good, but printing quirks such as this make it difficult to make larger or repeat orders. A decent one for occasional use maybe, but professional branding needs to be accurate, which Crushtag still has to accomplish across its print operations.

Accuracy of Print Didn't Match Preview
Design previews created a smooth, clean appearance that raised expectations about the final product. When the package was received, it became obvious that the physical product failed to live up to that same expectation. Text was lighter and thinner than viewed on-screen, and one series of labels included a color change that made reading the text difficult. These weren't subtle variations?they affected how the product was used. As the order was for a professional tasting event, these little things made a difference in presentation quality that was noticeably low. Efforts to correct it through support were sluggish and didn't result in a substantial solution. Although ease of design is great, inconsistency between digital preview and actual-world product is a major drawback. There must be some method of ensuring closer matching. Until then, applying Crushtag to any critical or client-confronting event comes across as too perilous, although the idea itself is sound.

Product Looked Rushed Despite Timeframe
Even though they ordered well ahead of the required date, the products did not show the amount of time that allegedly went into their making. Some of the labels had printing mistakes?off-center alignment and minor smudging on the edges. This is particularly infuriating given the amount of work that went into personalizing and previewing the designs using the online tool. Despite having time to their advantage, there was a feeling of skipping the last quality check. The packaging also curled some of the coasters' edges, which disqualifies them from being used as a presentation piece. Customer service replied after a while but could only provide a small discount on the next purchase, which doesn't compensate for the unsuccessful event they were intended for. It is unclear when the digital view does not translate into the actual outcome. Customization needs to add quality, not call attention to inconsistencies. Greater attention to detail and stricter quality controls would actually make the service worth more in total.

I placed an order for custom wine labels for a wedding party, and although the site was very straightforward to use, the service itself was not up to par. Mixed Results from What Looked Like a Promising Platform
Crushtag's website is attractive to look at, and the templates are diverse and contemporary. That's why the absence of quality in the final prints was so disappointing. The coasters I ordered for a winery's customer appreciation event included uneven cuts?some were ever so slightly oval rather than absolutely round, which made them look misshapen when stacked together or placed on a table. A few also had very light roller marks from the printer, something that totally ruins the sleek appearance we were going for. These weren't cheap items, so expectations were naturally higher. Customer service provided store credit, but since the quality of the physical products isn't assured, that's not very comforting. The site has much potential, particularly for personalized promotional items, but a lack of attention to detail in manufacturing undermines the whole experience. Until quality control is increased, Crushtag will not necessarily be the most advisable option for businesses or events.

Creating individualized wine bottle labels using Crushtag was easy, and the tools on the platform made text placement and layout simple. Clunky Design Tools on Mobile
Experimented with designing coasters on a phone, and the editor was constantly glitching. Elements shifted about randomly, and it took far too long to complete. The desktop version was improved, but the mobile tool requires serious improvement. If you're marketing uplevel design accessibility, the platform must work across devices seamlessly.

Perfect for Small Business Branding

Coasters Were Poorly Cut
Created coasters for a wine club gathering, but some came unevenly cut and with frayed edges. Made them look cheap even at the price. The designs were good, so it was disappointing to see them marred by poor quality control. Wouldn't risk ordering for another formal occasion without some guarantee of better workmanship.

Product Quality Inconsistent Across Items
At first sight, Crushtag appeared to be an excellent option for our wine bar's own custom tasting materials. The platform is simple to work with, and the template choices are plentiful. But when the order arrived, it was apparent that quality was not consistent from product type to product type. The tasting mats were bright and well-printed, but the hangtags had inconsistent cuts and small streaks in the print. It seemed like there were several production processes employed with no standard in place. When we contacted to point out the inconsistencies, there was no clear explanation or solution to correct it. It's annoying when some of the products live up to expectations and others don't, particularly when purchasing in bulk for business purposes. Consistency is important for brand presentation, and unfortunately, Crushtag failed on that aspect. Though the tools are excellent for constructing the vision, the execution still falls short of professional dependability. There's need to improve, particularly in terms of production control.

Editor Glitches Wasted Time
The online editor crashed multiple times while customizing our tasting mats. Lost progress more than once and had to restart the project. Support Response Took Too Long
Designing the designs went smoothly, but beyond that, any problems were like running into a wall. If the order status didn't change for days, an email was sent to support. It took more than four days to get a generic reply that didn't even completely satisfy the issue. By then, the order had shipped?late?and rerouting and expediting the shipment were impossible. There being no definite avenues of support, such as live chat or an exclusive contact line, gave one the impression that resolution was secondary. The items, when they arrived, were decent but not worth the aggro. Hangtags were dented on some, and consistency of ink across batches was problematic. As a company seeking to find a trusty supplier, customer support matters, and that's where Crushtag utterly let itself down. A wonderful idea loses trust in a hurry when post-purchase support is lacking and late. Not the type of experience that fosters a return.

I enjoyed the labels when they did come, but shipping was much slower than I was informed. I had an event and the labels did not arrive in time. Extremely frustrating. If you need something in a hurry, this may not be the best choice.

Lack of Preview Accuracy
The print output did not look like the preview as far as layout. Text that was centered online ended up printed off to one side. Didn't know there would be so much discrepancy between the online editor and actual result. It's a deal-breaker for time-sensitive activities where accuracy is important. Good Interface, But Labels Were Unusable
Designing the custom labels was a simple and even fun process, thanks to Crushtag's easy-to-use design interface. But when the order arrived, each label had a light, repeating line down the middle?presumably a printer malfunction. Some labels were also cut unevenly, with edges that didn't quite match the size of the template. It totally destroyed the visual effect we were aiming for. The support team was responsive but failed to provide an adequate solution, merely generic apology and a limited credit towards future orders. The labels were for a product launch, so there was no opportunity to reorder. It is disappointing when a business markets itself as a professional solution but fails to execute. The tools are great, but the production most certainly doesn't have proper oversight. For those depending on consistency and high-quality finishes, the risk might outweigh the convenience. Crushtag has potential but must improve print quality to be considered reliable.

Design Interface Was Great, But Results Fell Short
The online editor was easy and versatile, with a great deal of customizing ability that made the design process fun. The end product did not live up to the amount of effort that was put into the design. Fonts were not printed consistently throughout the batch of labels, and a couple were spotted with ink smudges. The coaster edges were not smooth, causing them to look less refined than they should have. This order was intended for a client gift basket, so presentation was extremely important, and the defects made it less professional. Calling support resulted in a generic apology but no usable fix or way to reprint. The platform is highly capable, particularly for small business use, but quality control needs to play catch-up with the design tools. Without consistency in final output, it's hard to completely rely on Crushtag for crucial or professional tasks. Good starts, but not enough attention to details when it matters most.

Interface Was Smooth, Final Product Not So Much
The personalization process on Crushtag's website was extremely easy to use. Creating hangtags and coasters seemed natural, and the online previews were excellent. But the products that arrived didn't live up to that virtual promise. The color palette ended up darker than intended, and the text compromised a bit on clarity in print. It felt like there was no actual calibration between what you see on the web and what comes out of the printer. In addition, a few of the coasters were notched unevenly and had a small slant that made them look amateurish. This would not be so big of an issue for general household use, but we were depending on these to be used for a vineyard display. Customer service did respond promptly, though, and their fix seemed like a band-aid rather than a fix. For companies wanting to wow visitors or clients, these types of oversights can truly ruin presentation. It's a good concept in theory, but outcomes must keep pace with the platform's potential.
