For a not very tech-savvy person like me, it has been really challenging to set up integrations and required me to contact customer support multiple times. Their team was quite responsive and helpful, but it was more complicated than necessary. Also, the pricing plans do not seem to cater well to occasional traders. I trade very infrequently, about once or twice a year. Even the Hobbyist plan felt too restrictive for me. On the other hand, tax reports were very detailed and accurate, but I had to work much harder to get there than I anticipated. A more intuitive interface and better tutorials would be huge.
