Frustrating Experience

Waiting Too Long
I did not receive my gold coins as quickly as the time it took to complete my order. I do not feel that three weeks is even slightly acceptable for me to wait on something this simple. The customer service took far too long to get back to me. Do not anticipate having to reach out to BGASC again anytime soon.

Shipping time - too long
Although the quality of the gold that I got was good, shipping was unacceptable. It took nearly two weeks to get my order, and BGASC did not communicate with me on this matter. Nor was the customer service responsive, so I do not know if I will ever use them again.

Problem in Communication
When attempting to order, I encountered communication issues. It took days from when the date was contacted regarding customer service since no arrangement was made upon a delayed shipment. Upon receipt, the item was in good condition, but in general, it is frustratingly difficult.

Disappointed by Service Done
While the products offered at BGASC are of excellent quality, the service was quite disappointing. My order has taken longer than I had anticipated to arrive and no update on it has been provided. Their customer care service could not offer helpful assistance at the same time which made the whole process very tiresome.

Extremely Frustrating Experience.

Uncooperative Support

Shipping was late.
BGASC had taken a long time to deliver the order and hadn't updated me at all about the shipment status. I had to call customer service several times before it let me know the status of my shipment. It is of quality. That experience was really horrible, though.

Not Very Useful Support
When there was an issue with my purchase, I found that the customer support is too slow in answering me to assist with the problem. Shipping time was much longer than what I thought it would be, and the little communication about any updates pertaining to my order status was very questionable. Product quality is fine, but generally the whole experience was a sucky one.

I do think that BGASC needs to work on their shipping times. My order of gold coins was held up more than two weeks and I received no notifications about the delay. Called customer service, but nothing much changed. The quality is acceptable but it is really frustrating.

Shipping is unbelievably slow

Waiting for a Better Experience
Honest, I was really disappointed with BGASC. I was shopping for silver coins but had to wait for a long time before they finally arrived, this being at a very delayed hour when the advertisement said that shouldn't be expected. Also, it was challenging to get the customer support reached. When eventually they replied my letter to them, it wasn't from the customer support person so will not be ordering from them again.
