No reply to issue
Received the wrong strain, reached out to fix it, and got no response. That was enough to turn me off completely. Customer service really needs to step up. I was ready to reorder too.

Quality product, minor hiccup
The product itself was excellent?fresh, aromatic, and exactly what I was expecting. I tried some Master Kush and it delivered smooth effects and a clean burn. The issue was more with the courier, which delayed my delivery by a day. Not BC Bud Supply?s fault, but worth noting. They did their part: packaged the order well and shipped it quickly. Once I got it, everything was great. What I like is that their descriptions are honest, not over-the-top. The photos match what you get. You don?t see that everywhere. The loyalty points program is also a nice touch if you?re planning to order regularly. All in all, a good experience and I?ll continue using them unless something drastically changes. Burned fast, little effect
Honestly, I?m not sure what happened with this strain. It looked fine in the packaging but once I started using it, I realized it was just too dry. It burned super fast, didn?t give much effect, and left a weird aftertaste. I double-checked the strain details online and it didn?t match what I received. I sent an email asking for clarification or refund and got zero response. For the amount I paid, I feel kind of ripped off. It?s frustrating when you?re trying to find a trustworthy supplier and things like this happen. At least respond and explain what?s going on, even if you can?t offer a refund. I know every batch won?t be perfect, but this one just didn?t seem right at all. Definitely not a repeat customer after this. Might have to start buying local again instead of going through this hassle.

Discreet packaging, but poor product
The packaging was discreet, and the delivery was on time, but unfortunately, that?s where the positives end. The strain I ordered had no scent or flavor and felt old. It lacked potency, and I ended up having to use more than usual just to feel any effect. The buds were small and dry, almost powdery. I emailed their support team to ask if there was an issue with this batch but never got a reply. I don?t think I?ve had such a flat experience with a product before. What really bothers me is the lack of communication. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customer concerns isn?t a good look. I wouldn?t mind if this was a cheap promo product, but it wasn?t. Mislabelled strain?
Ordered a sativa but the effects felt more indica to me. Left me sluggish instead of energized. Either the strain wasn?t right or it was just off. Can?t be sure but won?t reorder that one again.

Not what I expected
I was excited to try BC Bud Supply after reading so many great reviews, but my experience didn?t match the hype. The packaging was decent, but the quality of the product was underwhelming. The buds were dry and didn?t have the freshness or aroma I usually look for. Delivery took a bit longer than advertised too. I contacted support but got a generic response, which didn?t help much. I really wanted this to be my new go-to, but I?m hesitant to order again. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and more helpful customer service. It?s not the worst experience I?ve had, but far from the best. There are definitely some improvements needed when it comes to customer support and overall consistency. Excellent product and great support

Lacked freshness and support
My order showed up a couple of days late, and when I opened it, I noticed the flower had lost its color and smell. The buds were dry and felt brittle. I rolled a joint and it just didn?t smoke well. It burned unevenly and had a harsh taste. I emailed their team with pictures, hoping they?d offer a replacement or at least explain what happened. Got no reply. Waited several days, followed up, still nothing. When you spend this much, the least they can do is respond. I wanted to like this place, and maybe other customers have better luck, but this really put me off. It?s one thing for the product to be off, but customer service not responding at all makes me feel like they don?t care. Sad to say, I won?t be placing another order anytime soon. Poor support when things go wrong
This was my first time ordering and unfortunately it didn?t go well. The product arrived later than expected and one of the strains I ordered was missing entirely. I emailed them with photos and order confirmation, and all I got was an automated reply. No follow-up, no replacement, nothing. The bud I did get was just okay?nothing special. But the real issue was the complete lack of support. Mistakes happen, I get it, but ignoring a customer completely isn?t the way to build trust. If they?d even responded with something like a partial refund or a coupon, I would?ve been more understanding. Instead, it felt like they just didn?t care once the sale was made. This was a letdown, and I don?t think I?ll be ordering again. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and this wasn?t it.

So-so experience this time
First order went okay, but this time not so much. The shipping took longer than it did before, and the bud wasn?t as fresh. The nugs were smaller and kinda crushed together in the bag. One strain had way too many stems. It still worked, but not what I?d call great quality. Felt a bit like I got leftovers or something. I don?t know if this was a random issue or if quality is slipping, but I?m hesitant to reorder for now. I emailed them to see if this is a known issue but got an automated message back. No follow-up since. It's frustrating because they were good before. I might try again later, but only if I see they?ve improved. For now, I?ll hold off and try other places. Hopefully, they listen to feedback and work on being more consistent with their products and response times.

Great mix and smooth effects
I?m always trying different strains and BC Bud Supply has a great mix to choose from. I got three strains this time?one sativa, one indica, and a hybrid?and all were super fresh and delivered just the kind of effects I was looking for. The sativa was uplifting and got me through the day, the hybrid was mellow, and the indica helped with sleep. They all burned clean and were easy to roll. The flower came in clearly labeled bags with batch info and proper packaging. Shipping was a little slower than I?d hoped, but nothing too bad. It still arrived within the week. I also like that their prices are fair and you get loyalty points for future discounts. Not every place offers that. While I had minor delays, the product quality makes up for it. Meh quality, okay delivery
Delivery was alright, came in a few days. But once I opened the package, I noticed the flower was a little too dry. The product was supposed to be indica-dominant, but it didn?t give me the same relaxing feeling I usually get. Maybe I got a weaker batch, not sure. I tried to reach out to ask but didn?t get a reply. Packaging was okay, and at least everything was labeled, but I expected better based on reviews I saw. Still debating if I want to try them again or just move on to another supplier. Not saying they?re a total miss, but definitely not what I hoped for. Impressive results

Slow service and no accountability

Top-shelf quality without the markup
One of the reasons I keep coming back to BC Bud Supply is the balance between price and quality. Their AAAA flower competes with some of the most expensive brands I?ve tried, but without the ridiculous markup. It?s genuinely good bud?dense, sticky, and perfectly cured. My last order included Death Bubba and Purple Kush, and both were phenomenal. The effects were strong and long-lasting, and the flavors came through clearly when vaped. Looked good, but didn't feel right
I was pretty hopeful after seeing so many positive reviews, but the experience wasn?t all that great. The package looked clean and professional when it arrived, and the nugs looked decent at first glance. But once I opened it, I could tell something was off. The product was dry and crumbled way too easily. The taste was bitter, and the effects were weak. It just didn?t seem fresh at all. I tried to reach out for advice on maybe storing it differently or seeing if it was from a bad batch, but no one replied. Felt like I was ignored. Quality control issues
I?ve ordered twice now and both times, something wasn?t quite right. The first order was passable but the second had a weird smell and the flower looked off. It was dark, dry, and didn?t burn cleanly. I tried to reach out to the support team with photos, but they didn?t offer anything useful?just a copy-paste message. That left me pretty frustrated, especially since I spent a good amount. I might give them one last try just to see if it was a fluke, but I?m not feeling confident about it. If you value consistency and good support, you might want to think twice.
