Slow Shipping, Underwhelming Product
While the ASIC miner itself was good, the experience was flawed. It was way too slow to process the order and dispatch it. On arrival, the product did not live up to the expectations induced by the web description. They were very badly communicated and gave me a wrong impression. Being delayed was greatly frustrating. Under no circumstances can I think about purchasing from them again unless the service is tightened.

Disillusioned Experience
Having tried ASICMinersUS, I'm thoroughly disillusioned. The miner that was shipped to me was faulty, and when I reached out to customer support repeatedly, they were hesitant to reply. Returning the product was an irritating experience, and I wasted so much time waiting for responses. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service, and I won't be shopping from them again.

Would Not Recommend
I would not suggest ASICMinersUS to anyone. Once I bought the miner, it took more than a week for the shipping. When it finally arrived, the product did not work at all, and I had to endure a painful return experience. They had no support, and I spent days following them up just to get a solution. It has been a terrible experience, and I will never shop from them again.

Slow Service, Subpar Product
While ASICMinersUS does have good products, customer service and shipping were not as expected. I purchased a miner, and it shipped way longer than I originally heard. Bad Experience
I had a bad experience with ASICMinersUS. My miner was delivered very late, and the support staff did not assist me when I tried to contact them regarding the delay. When it finally came, the miner didn't work well. While the company did end up sending me a replacement, it took far too long to fix the problem. I'm not sure that I'll be purchasing from them again.

Terrible Experience
I had a horrible experience with ASICMinersUS. The miner that I purchased arrived late and was defective out of the box. Even after making many attempts at contacting customer support, I didn't receive any prompt assistance, and it took weeks before someone responded. The replacement that I received had similar problems, and I'm not yet completely satisfied with the product. This was a complete waste of time and money.

Broken Product, Slow Service

Frustrating & Slow
My experience with ASICMinersUS was frustrating. The product took longer than it was supposed to arrive, and when it did, it did not function as intended. Terrible Communication & Defective Miner
I am sorry that I purchased from ASICMinersUS. The miner took much longer to arrive than I was led to believe, and when I attempted to contact customer support, I never received a definitive answer regarding why it had been delayed. The miner I got didn't function correctly out of the box, and when I contacted them to try to get a replacement or refund, I encountered long wait times and little communication. It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't had a resolution. The transparency and customer service have totally ruined my experience.

Slow Delivery & Bad Customer Support
I had a horrible experience with ASICMinersUS. I purchased a miner and waited way too long for it to be delivered. When I did receive it, the product was not working right, and I had to call customer service in order to obtain a replacement. The replacement process was not smooth sailing, and I had to wait even longer for it. Their customer service was terrible during the whole experience, and I never felt as if I was being given the respect my problem needed. I won't be making another purchase from them following this disappointing experience.

Worst Customer Service
Awful experience with ASICMinersUS. I placed an order for a miner, and since then, over a week with no word on where it was or when I would receive it, I contacted customer service. They took an eternity to reply and continued responding with generic responses. Shipping was late, and when the item arrived, it was not in good shape. It was used, as it looked, and upon trying to call them, they didn't respond. I regret ever making this purchase and will never again do business with them. The item itself may be okay, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

I bought an ASIC miner from ASICMinersUS, but shipping was a nightmare. The shipping was way longer than it was promised, and I received no notice of the delay. Extremely Disappointing

Nightmare Purchase
