It has been three years already since I became a member of Amica. Recent experience had a bad impression. I called to ask questions regarding a possible claim. The representative looked at me like they didn't want to be bothered with trying to assist me. They barely answered the questions I had, not making a concerted effort to explain my options. I was very disappointed in how unclear Amica was with the details of its policies when I joined. Miscommunication on Coverage
